Everything you need to conduct an online meeting of Any Size (well ok, up-to to 200). That is right, a full-service comprehensive Free Online Meeting Service for your Large or Small meetings. You can utilize the app to host a large webinar or a small collaborative online meeting session.  Send meeting invitations directly from the application or copy and paste the information and send using your own email system. Create customized registration forms by simply entering the emails of your participants, and they will receive a link to join your online meeting, along with time, date and any instructions. For your online session, you can share your screen, broadcast your webcam, select desired audio options (conference call or computer microphone), record your meeting and share with others later.  The application also integrates features to collect information during your online session by conducting surveys and polls and allows for online chat or a Q&A style format. Attendees also have quick access to “how are you feeling messages” that are only viewable to the presenter(s) and include such statements as ‘I have a question, moving too fast/slow’, etc.  Set to receive notifications when attendees join the session or even lock the session to prevent attendees from joining after a certain period of time.

Once you have completed your online session, utilize some of the built-in app features to follow-up with Attendees.  Create custom surveys or tests to be sent out at the end of the session. Review your online meeting reports that provide who attended, review of the text chat log, results of polls and surveys and more.  You can also select to send attendees a link to the session recording or to kindly thank them for attending.  The app also allows for you to easily promote your sessions through other social media by connecting through Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles. You can also create and customize your own AnyMeeting ‘Public Profile’.

One of the best features about this app is that there is nothing to download for the attendees, they simply receive a link and click. The hosting platform also works around most firewalls so attendees should be able to quickly and effortlessly join your session. Presenters will be prompted to install a FREE plug-in for screen sharing and this will allow for selecting certain information to display while hiding other running apps from your attendees (PC users only). The application works on all Operating Systems for ATTENDEES but will only work properly ‘as is’ for Presenters with Mac and Windows (experienced Linux users can get around some of the issues by accessing and installing additional applications).  This is a Ad Supported service and they promise to be FREE FOREVER. The presenter does not see any ads but attendees will have a small banner ad to the side of the screen. There are NO hidden fees and any third party ad supporters DO NOT receive information about your meetings or attendees. Although some may not like the idea of the displayed ads, they are fairly minimal and it is nice that if an attendee clicked on an ad during the session and then closed the ad window, they would not accidentally close the session as any ad opens in a separate window.

We had to deduct a little in the grade because not fully-compatible with all OS for all users ‘types’ and because of the screen-sharing install and the display of ads for attendees.  BUT this really is a comprehensive online meeting app with so many features and with the ability to handle so many attendees, it would be very difficult to find a free non-ad supported service that even comes close.

Easily create forms in various formats and sizes; customize form elements and options utilizing this web-based app. Once your forms are created, send via email, embed or your blog or website, share on Facebook, Twitter, etc.  Receive responses instantly by email, send responses to a different or additional email address or access from your online account and view and/or download (Excel or CSV) collected submissions.

This application includes many of the common form elements such as mail address, user emails, phone numbers, etc but also includes some extras such as date-time box, password box, and captcha box (reduce SPAM entries).  Another nice feature included with this application is the ability to collect payments. The application DOES NOT display or add any advertisements on any of your forms. ALL accounts offer Unlimited number of forms, fields per form and reports. The Free account provides 100 MB file space, 100 submissions/month, and 10 SSL secured submissions and received payments.  They have Premium ($9.95/month) and Professional ($49.95/month) options if you need more space and submission requirements. We deducted very little from the grade due to the 100 submission responses/month but this is truly and user-friendly and great application to utilize for creating online forms and collecting information.
